Dorchester School District Four is encouraging all parents and guardians to participate in the 2026 Parent and Guardian School Climate Survey, sponsored by the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE). You have until April 17, 2026 to complete the survey.
This anonymous survey is a powerful way to shape the future of education in our community. Your honest feedback helps our schools understand what's working, where we can improve, and how to better support our students and families. Results are factored into each school's annual report card and play a direct role in decisions made at the school, district, and state levels.
Every response counts! Thank you for taking a few moments to invest in our students' success!

Mr. White brings strong instructional leadership with a proven record of improving student achievement at both the school and district levels. In Williamsburg County School District, he served as Chief Academic Officer and later Assistant Superintendent, helping move the district from four schools rated below average or unsatisfactory to zero, while increasing the number of schools rated good or higher.
His leadership has driven measurable academic gains across all levels, including significant increases in ELA, math, Algebra I, and Biology I proficiency. Most recently, as principal of Woodland High School, he helped lead the school to its first “Good” report card rating since 2014.
We look forward to the impact Mr. White will continue to make for our students, staff, and community across the district.
